Angier, North Carolina · Est. 1997
Family-owned assisted living on a sixteen-acre homestead beneath the oaks — where exceptional, attentive care simply feels like home.
Welcome to Our Community
For thirty years, Oak Hill has been owned and operated by one family, on land that family has held for more than 150 years. Our community combines the comforts of a private residence with professional, around-the-clock care, all at one monthly rate.
Set on a beautifully landscaped sixteen-acre campus, our community is named for the great oaks that line the property and shade its porches.
Five generations on this land
On duty during the day, across care, dining, housekeeping, and activities
Day and evening, nearly twice North Carolina's requirement
Colonial-style brick, set among courtyards and gardens
The Oak Hill Difference
It's the question behind every decision at Oak Hill, from who we hire to what we serve at supper. It's been our standard since 1997.
Independently owned, never part of a chain. The founding family is on site and involved every week.
A home designed around assisted living and the people it serves.
About one aide for every ten residents on day and evening shifts, and above the state minimum on every shift.
Our rates are posted for every family to see, with no charges based solely on the level of routine assistance.
Stay up to 30 days as a respite or trial resident, with no Community Fee.
Priority admission, a 12-month rate lock, and a seat at our table each month, so you're ready when the time comes.

Understanding Your Options
Assisted living provides long-term care for individuals who may need support with everyday activities — but who neither need nor want the continual clinical care of a nursing home.
It is the balance so many families are searching for: genuine independence, gracious surroundings, and skilled hands nearby whenever they're needed.
